Life-Changing Eight Brocades with Doris Nachtlberger. Thanks to the very precise and strict teacher, the practice units were partly fun and partly exhausting. Definitely sustainable. I also do standing meditation and relaxation exercises (with a view of the Schneeberg) every day. What has changed? : my attitude – both internally and externally; the gait gets faster every day; I can breathe more easily and my strength is slowly but steadily returning.
