Gratitude Letter

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to my Sensei Doris Nachtlberger – a woman who has been so much more than just a Buddotherapist to me. She has been a guide, a mirror, a protector, and a source of steady, compassionate wisdom during some of the darkest moments of my life.

As someone who lives with PTSD, BPD, Anxiety mixed with Depression I know how difficult it can be to feel safe in your own body and mind. But through her unique blend of martial arts and therapeutic presence, my sensei has helped me reconnect with myself – gently, patiently, and with profound respect for my limits and wounds. She didn’t just teach me how to move – she taught me how to breathe freely.

There are so many others out there who need this kind of help – people who carry invisible battles and don’t always have access to support that meets them where they are. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford the care they need.

That’s why I’m sharing this. If you have the ability to donate, please consider supporting my Sensei and Buddotherapist her work in „Kokoro do“. Your contribution can directly help someone who is struggling get access to healing, safety, and strength. This kind of support saves lives – I know, because it helped save mine.

With love and gratitude, Lilia
