A few months ago a friend of mine recommended KOKORO-DO (martial arts) to me. I have big family problems, which unfortunately I can't do anything about. I was depressed and felt totally helpless and weak. I couldn't imagine what this martial art would do for me, but then I made a trial lesson. Ms. Nachtlberger explained to me in detail how I can gain more mental strength through the body, which aroused my interest. Today I'm glad I learned the different exercises, which help me a lot.As you know, you can't change others, so you have to change yourself! Yes, some things have changed for me, I feel stronger, clearer. Because I enjoy it, I continue to do the KOKORO-DO training sessions at longer intervals. Thank you Ms. Mag.a Nachtlberger!
